Our township designs are based on "Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND)" principles which are organized around interconnected network of neighborhoods, open spaces and small town centers. We emphasize on creating places which are respectful of pedestrians, allow easy movement of people and cars, have streets where children can cross safely, where neighborhood centers are places of social interaction and where parks engage children, seniors and the neighbors alike. 

Simply put first we design a community and then focus on individual buildings.
